Reporting Power Outages

If you experience a power outage, please first check your fuses or circuit breakers, as the issue may be within your panel.
To report the outage, please call us at 800-364-8640, or you can also report outages online through SmartHub.

Important Reminders:

  • Don’t assume your neighbor has reported the outage. You may be the only one affected.
  • High call volumes during major outages are common. If you can't get through immediately, please be patient and try again, or try using SmartHub

⚠️ Please note: If the problem is determined to be on your side of the meter (such as within your home or past the masthead/meter pole), you may be responsible for non-outage fees — up to $350.

Reporting Blinks

If you are experiencing blinks and not outages, please call the office during normal business hours.

The more information we have the easier it becomes to correct the problem. Please call us at 800-364-8640

Helpful information includes:

  • Your account number
  • Date and Time the blinks are occurring
  • How many times the electric blinks
  • How long each blink lasts.
