OFFICIAL NOTICE
ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

The Eighty Seventh Annual Meeting of the members of the Warren Electric Cooperative, Inc., will be held in KeyBank Pavilion at the Warren County Fairgrounds, 230 Barton Run Road, Pittsfield, PA 16340 on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 7:00 P.M.

Pursuant to the Bylaws, the order of business shall be essentially as follows:

       a. Call to Order
       b. Announcement of a Quorum
       c. Action on prior meeting minutes
       d. Election of directors
       e. Reports and presentations
       f. Unfinished business
       g. New business
       h. Adjournments

REPORT OF THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE

In accordance with the requirements of the Bylaws, the Board of Directors, at its regular meeting on January 28, 2026, appointed a nominating committee.  This committee acted upon the nominations of the members eligible to be elected, to the Board of Directors, at the Annual Meeting which will be held May 15, 2026.

Three directors will be elected.

The nominating committee included the following persons:

  • Ken Butler
  • James Camp
  • Chris Hansen
  • John Hollabaugh
  • Robert Hollabaugh 
  • Mary Huntington
  • Alan Scott

This Committee held its meeting on March 25, 2026 and after examining the record, the committee has nominated the following:

James Marshall
Jeff Sedon
