Electric Thermal Storage With the high cost of heating oil and propane, you might consider installing Elctric Thermal Storage (ETS) heating units. Electric Thermal Storage - Rebate Warren Electric Cooperative offers a $50.00 rebate per KW for installation of a new Electric Thermal Storage unit. The maximum allowed per household installation will be $550.00. These units must be controlled by the Cooperative under rate "Schedule E" to qualify for rebates. Hot Water Tanks Does your hot water tank need replacing? Warren Electric Cooperative offers a $1.00 per gallon rebate on all new, installed, electric hot water tanks of 50 gallons or greater.
